Pallets

We offer a wide range of flat textile printing pallets, in both standard and custom sizes. The "special tasks" palettes include: All-Over-Print, Single Sleeve, Jacket Hold-Down, Vacuum, Triple Play Tru Blue Ultra-Flat Pallets. All M&R pallets are made of high quality aluminum and meet the highest standards. M&R palettes are compatible with M&R carousels.

Trilock System

Accurate and easy to use color matching system patented by M&R. Compatible with all M&R printing machines. The main frame of the Tri-Loc system is available in many sizes matching to different sized screens.

Ink Trap

The unique and simple Ink Trap dispensing system collects paint from the squeegee blades, keeping it in the blade area, away from the edge of the frame. The M&R Ink Trap is made from high-quality, laser-cut, smooth stainless steel.

Squeegee blades - Blade Replacement System

Single-layer blades in 65, 75 & 85 durometer and double-bevel-blunt blades in 80 durometer. All blades are color coded and labeled with part numbers, sharpen-to lines, and batch numbers.
